Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY: Should you not be completely satisfied with any product for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from purchase to request a full refund. It is assumed that, after thirty (30) days, you are satisfied with the materials and services provided by ASCE. If, during the first 30 days after purchase, you take a Course(s) for credit and then request a refund, the refund will not include the full retail value of the Course(s) completed. All refund requests must be made by phone. A Return Authorization number will be assigned by ASCE during your call. This Return Authorization Number is required to receive a refund. Books and Materials must be returned postage pre-paid. All books and materials must be received within thirty (30) days of the date of a valid refund request, or you will be charged the retail rate for the books and materials. To facilitate the processing of your return, include a copy of your original invoice, or invoice number and the “Return Authorization Number” in the box of returned goods. All materials and books are shipped in packaging which is only good for one mailing. We advise that the return shipment be packaged in new packaging and insured, as we cannot be responsible for books and materials that do not arrive at our facility in the appropriate condition. Unreturned books and materials fees will be deducted from any refund amount you are owed. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue the appropriate product refund. To qualify to receive a refund, books and materials must be returned in their original condition with any shrink wrap intact. Books and materials that have been written in or otherwise defaced cannot be returned and will not be accepted. You are responsible for any related collection costs and/or legal fees. These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue and jurisdiction for any proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms in Hillsborough County, Florida.
