You may receive a message that the your credit card was declined even if it is valid. You also might not be able to print or view your certificate. Instead you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return to asce.com to complete the purchase and retrieve your certificate once the issue is resolved.
If you plan to use a credit card for payment, be sure to attempt the credit card purchase or you will not receive the e-mail message nor will you be able to return to retrieve your certificate. The e-mail will include a unique link that is only generated after you have completed this form and clicked on the submit button below. If you receive the "declined card" message during this time frame it does not mean your card was actually declined but simply that we were unable to complete the transaction.
If you do decide to complete a quizzer, be sure to print out the quizzer and complete it manually before completing it online. If you are unable to submit your quizzer this will allow you to easily recover your answers and complete the quizzer once the issue is resolved. If you do not have your answer sheet available you will have to start over as no records are saved until after payment is attempted.
