CREDIT CARD PROCESSING ISSUE

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CREDIT CARD USERS

We are experiencing an issue with our credit card processing service. You may see a message that there was an error processing your credit card. If this happens you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return to asce.com to complete your purchase and retrieve your certificate once card services have been restored.

If you have completed a quizzer, be sure to attempt the credit card purchase or you will not receive the e-mail message nor will you be able to return to retrieve your certificate. The e-mail will include a unique link that is only generated after you have completed the purchase form and clicked on the submit button.

We will send another email once the credit card issue is resolved. You can then return to the website, complete the payment details and retrieve your certificate. Your certificate will be dated as of the date you first submitted the form. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Note that block code users are unaffected. Your block codes should continue to work as expected.
